Seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and eager-to-learn young professional to join our energetic team and grow in our start-up environment as an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a great multi-tasker, quick to learn, and has great attention to detail. Applicants must write well, be full of initiative, and remain calm under pressure. Start date is negotiable.

Duties include:
• Data entry
• Calendar management
• Greeting high profile clients
• Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system
• Meticulously checking references and conducting background checks
• Fielding queries from phone calls
• Keeping office and shared spaces clean, organized and tidy
• Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for office as needed
• Welcoming applicants into the office and preparing them for interviews
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Recruiter and Placement Specialist (New York, New York)

As a Recruiter, you will work with the company's President to develop and implement strategic business development plans for new client and candidate acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical with a real passion for our company's brand and vision.

This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth as we expand our branches and are launching offices nationally and internationally.

Newborn Care Specialist or Baby Nurse

We are seeking qualified Newborn Care Specialists and Baby Nurses with the following certifications to add to our extensive roster of high quality, trained British American Newborn Care professionals:

Sleep training certification (Harvard, Southampton Sleep Clinic or similar)
Lactation certification
RN degree
